For the summer issue, the designer focused on a mermaid and ocean-themed aesthetic, showcasing the unique substyle through dreamy visuals and playful layouts. The featured spread highlights a mermaid-inspired Lolita dress, along with a makeup tutorial and themed accessories—all styled, photographed, and edited by the designer. Additional spreads aim to educate readers about the fashion through a Lolita dictionary and an inside look at how Lolita brands produce their garments. The project solves the challenge of introducing a niche fashion to a wider audience by balancing informative content with creative, visually engaging design.
